Walking Guide
About the Role
We’re looking for an outgoing and charismatic individual who will be hired in a casual capacity to assist with our exciting product for Skyline Queenstown. You will be responsible for guiding groups to the summit of Ben Lomond whilst educating guests on flora/fauna and geographical points of interest. The successful applicant will need to be able to engage with and effectively manage groups of up to 15 people.
The ideal candidate will have:
- exceptional interpersonal skills,
- a passion for the outdoors and the energy to engage with groups of all ages,
- previous experience guiding, preferably in New Zealand.
- a current first aid certificate is preferred, whilst PHEC would be advantageous.
