Stargazing Guide
About the role
We are on the lookout for Casual Stargazing Guides to join our Guest Services and Stargazing teams. You’ll be the welcoming face of Skyline, providing world-class service, offering assistance, and sharing your knowledge of our attractions and facilities. A key part of this role is delivering guided tours under the night sky, giving guests a deeper insight into our solar system and beyond through our bespoke Stargazing experience. This role involves evening work and requires flexibility across a 7-day operational week, including weekends and public holidays.
The perfect candidate will have / be:
- minimum 2 years customer experience,
- a confident, professional, and engaging communication style,
- a genuine interest in astronomy and the ability to engage with groups or tour audiences is preferred.
