We are looking for a qualified Sous Chef to help run the day to day operations of one of our busy kitchens.
Excellent communication skills, culinary creativeness and the ability to support a happy, professional team are essential along with a personal commitment to excellence in guest service and standards.
The successful applicant will have at least three years supervisory experience, along with experience in a large production style kitchen, be able to deliver a high-quality product and support a large and diverse team to deliver excellent service standards.

New Zealand Certificate in Cookery (Level 4) or equivalent
