Sales Executive - Asian Markets & Local Agents
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Manager – Asian Markets & Local Agents to join our Skyline Queenstown team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening our presence in the Chinese market by building trusted partnerships, developing tailored strategies, and supporting our teams with language and regional insights. You'll lead efforts to grow business from Chinese and other international markets, manage agent relationships, deliver training and familiarisations, and represent Skyline at key trade events. You'll also support internal teams by translating and developing marketing materials in Mandarin and English, providing Chinese market training, maintaining up-to-date client databases, and generating market performance reports.
The ideal candidate will bring / have:
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in tourism sales and marketing (3–5 years preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Deep understanding of the Chinese travel trade and consumer behaviour
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results
