Mountain Bike Operator
About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Mountain Bike Operator to join our Activities Team on a fixed term basis. You will be responsible for the safe and effective day to day operation of the mountain bike department to provide a consistently awesome experience to our guests. This role demands a high level of physical fitness. You will also need to be flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Other Responsibilities:
- ensuring the safe on and off loading of guests and mountain bikes at both terminals of the Gondola,
- checking guests have appropriate tickets,
- following all safety and operational procedures,
- actively participating in all sales opportunities to provide customers with products/services most suitable.
The perfect candidate will have:
- competent mountain bike skills and knowledge,
- exceptional customer service skills,
- a “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills,
- experience in sales (desirable).
