About the role
We’re looking for a highly organised and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Skyline Queenstown. This is a hands-on, on-site role that supports the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring our brand to life. (Remote work is not available for this position.)

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll help implement marketing plans, coordinate activities, manage trade accounts and familiarisation visits, and contribute to meaningful community engagement. You’ll also support content creation, event coordination, digital platform management, and reporting, playing a key role in how we connect with our guests and partners both locally and globally.

You’ll support the planning and execution of campaigns across multiple platforms, liaise with agencies and vendors, and help manage community engagement projects. You’ll also coordinate marketing administration such as trade account setups, monthly productivity reports, and digital content scheduling. The role is varied and fast-paced — no two days are ever quite the same!

As part of this role, you may occasionally be required to assist in operational roles when additional support is needed during peak seasons and be available for weekend and public holiday cover to support events and key campaigns.

The minimum requirements:

Applicants must have a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

The 5 years of experience must be relevant and ideally requires the candidate to have: 

  • At least 3 years of experience with hands-on digital marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn), CMS (WordPress or similar), and email platforms (Mailchimp).   
  • At least 3 years of experience managing campaign budgets, including budget tracking, invoice coding, and ensuring financial accountability.  
  • At least 2 years of experience providing Trade Marketing support including developing collateral, reporting on trade promotions and delivering product training to trade partners. 
  • At least 1 year of experience leading multi-day photoshoots.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management including content scheduling, analytics and paid ads. 
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and website updates.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Creative problem-solving and strong time management.

This role offers:

  • $80,000 - $85,000 per annum with a minimum of 40 hours per week guaranteed,
