About the role

As a member of the Luge Cart Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our Luge carts and associated equipment. This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the Luge, supporting both operational performance and a great guest experience.

You’ll work closely with the Maintenance and Luge teams, carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance, completing maintenance documentation, and assisting with general maintenance tasks as required. This role suits someone practical, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors as part of a collaborative team. Availability across rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

The ideal candidate will bring / be:

  • “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills
  • a passion for providing fantastic service and a genuine interest to work in the tourism industry
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • PHEC trained / First Aid Certified and comfortable dealing with health & safety incidents is desirable
  • enjoy working with a fun, diverse team

This role offers:
