Housekeeping Supervisor
About the role
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and hands-on team player to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. This role involves overseeing daily room servicing, managing stock levels, maintaining clear communication within the team, and supporting the Housekeeping Manager in meeting and exceeding guest expectations. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organised, and possess a friendly, professional manner with a strong work ethic. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
The perfect candidate will have:
- supervisory experience preferred,
- a “can do” attitude,
- strong communication skills,
- a passion for providing fantastic service,
- outstanding attention to detail.
This Role Offers:
- $30.00 - $31.00 per hour with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed,
