Gondola Operator
About the role:
As a Gondola Operator, you’ll play a key role in the safe and smooth running of our cableway while delivering an exceptional experience to every guest. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include safely loading and unloading gondola cabins, conducting regular safety checks, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
The nature of this role means no two shifts are the same, some will be fast-paced and high-energy, while others may be quieter and require you to work independently or with minimal supervision. Regardless of the pace, we’re looking for someone who stays engaged, attentive, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and guest service at all times.
This is a rostered role that requires flexibility, with regular shifts across weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. We're looking for a team player who takes initiative, communicates confidently, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
