About the role
Skyline Kuala Lumpur is an integral part of the vibrant 105-acre Gamuda Gardens development. This site features four interlinked Luge tracks and an immersive tunnel system, and will soon be home to the world’s first 380-metre dual Zipline.
Based in Kuala Lumpur and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a rare opportunity to be part of the growth of a major international operation as General Manager –Kuala Lumpur

Your responsibilities will include;
- Delivering strategic and commercial outcomes aligned with the group’s operating model.
- Implementing robust business and marketing plans tailored to the local market.
- Leading large operational teams with a strong focus on guest experience, safety, and fun.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders across internal, government and community sectors.
- Embedding a proactive culture of safety, risk minimisation and continuous improvement.
- Championing the Skyline values while embracing and respecting the local culture.
You will have/be;
- 5+ years in a senior operational leadership role in tourism, attractions, hospitality or related industries.
- Proven experience, and a passion for leading high performing teams and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to respond quickly to changing market dynamics.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent English (additional Malaysian languages a plus).
