About the role:
As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Food & Beverage team to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction across all Skyline Food & Beverage Outlets. We’re looking for a positive, self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis. Flexible with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts primarily on weekends, school holidays & public holidays.

The perfect candidate will bring/be:

  • have 1+ years supervisory experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or events centre 
  • bring exceptional leadership, supervisory and communication skills
  • a friendly and conscientiousness attitude,
  • the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative,
  • an encouraging leadership style to contribute towards a positive team culture,
  • good work ethic and ability to build rapport with a diverse team of people. 
  • hold a current LCQ and Managers Licence

This Role Offers 

  • $29.00-$31.00 gross per hour with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed,
