About the role 

As a Food & Beverage Floor Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer service and guest satisfaction across all Skyline Food & Beverage Outlets. You will also be responsible for the supervision of the Food & Beverage Teams to ensure consistently exceptional guest service standards are upheld. We’re looking for a positive and self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis. Flexibility with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts over weekends, school holidays & public holidays.  

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years supervisory experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or events, 
  • exceptional leadership, supervisory and communication skills,
  • a friendly, positive and ‘can-do’ attitude,
  • a current LCQ and Manager's License,
  • a current First Aid certification.
