Food & Beverage Floor Manager
About the role:
As a Food & Beverage floor Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer service and guest satisfaction across all Food & Beverage Outlets. You will be responsible for the supervision of the Food & Beverage Team and area while maintaining consistently exceptional guest service standards. We’re looking for a positive and self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis. Flexible with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts largely over weekends, school holidays & public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring:
- previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or events centre.
- exceptional leadership, supervisory and communication skills.
- a friendly, positive, and ‘can-do’ attitude.
- a current LCQ and Manager's License.
- a current First Aid certification.
