F&B Duty Manager
Who We’re Looking For
As Food & Beverage Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the operation of Skyline’s Stratosfare Restaurant, Market Kitchen Café and various Conference and Events held onsite. We are searching for a hospitality professional that has proven experience in restaurant and bar supervision to join our food and beverage operation as a Duty Manager.
The perfect candidate must bring
- Previous supervisory experience in a Restaurant or Cafe environment.
- A current DM License & LCQ
- A full driver's license
- Full-time availability, including weekends, night shifts and school holidays
- A positive, can-do attitude
