F&B Attendant (Cafe)
About the role:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant in the Market Kitchen outlet, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive guest experience through friendly, attentive service. We’re seeking someone with barista and café experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is committed to maintaining strong safety, hygiene, and liquor compliance standards. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of espresso-based coffees and ensuring consistent quality, even during peak service times. Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work rostered shifts, weekends and school/public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring:
- 1 year's bar/barista experience,
- exceptional customer service skills,
- a positive "can-do" attitude and takes pride in their work,
- the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative,
- attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and processes.
