About the role:

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will help with the day-to-day operations of our two kitchens. Excellent communication skills, culinary creativeness, and the ability to support a happy professional team are essential. We are looking for people who have a passion for food and a desire to present and produce high quality dishes.

We’re seeking a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic and a flexible attitude, as the role requires working rostered shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

The perfect candidate will bring:

  • Positive Attitude & Communication Skills: Bring a can-do attitude and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a large production-style kitchen.
  • Quality & Safety: Able to produce high-quality dishes while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Passion for Service: Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and dedication to providing fantastic service.
  • Team Spirit: Enjoy working with a fun and diverse team.
