About the role

As Cleaning Manager at Skyline Queenstown, you will be responsible for maintaining the public areas of our complex to a consistently high standard. This will involve establishing and managing a regular cleaning schedule for your team. You will also focus on maintaining high levels of staff satisfaction by providing on-the-job training and monitoring staff performance to ensure the department upholds Skylines values, adheres to Health and Safety guidelines and delivers the highest standard of service. We are looking for a health and safety-conscious leader, with a strong understanding of prioritising guest needs to ensure exceptional customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 1+ years supervisory experience,
  • high standards of cleaning,
  • a confident and effective communication style,
  • an ability to lead by example and build rapport with our diverse team and customers.
