About the Role:

As an Administrator, you’ll be the friendly face and steady hand behind the scenes - the person who keeps the wheels turning. You’ll work between reception, accounts receivable/payable, auditing, banking, reservations, and general admin support - no two days will ever look the same.

We’re looking for someone who’s flexible and available for rostered shifts across 7 days - including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays when the fun really kicks off.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A friendly, positive, and proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence in multitasking and using initiative
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong numerical skills
  • Previous experience in reservations, cash handling, or customer service (advantageous but not essential)
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
