We have multiple fixed term roles available within both our Luge and Guest Service teams for the upcoming school holiday period (September/October).

About the Roles:

Guest Service Host
As a Guest Service Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll welcome them with a smile, provide clear information about our products and experiences, and ensure a smooth visit. This role also involves handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Luge Operator
As a Luge Operator, you’ll be part of the action! You’ll deliver a warm welcome to riders, provide clear safety instructions, and ensure the safe operation of our chairlifts.

What we're looking for:

  • An enthusiastic, positive attitude and excellent communication skills 
  • The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while staying patient and safety-focused 
  • A genuine passion for tourism and delivering excellent guest service
  • Flexibility to work rostered shifts across the entire school holiday period
  • Previous experience in a frontline customer service-based role (a bonus!)
